Next question...ladies who had c-sections recently...
Did you dr. say anything about swimming? I'm 7 weeks pp, and not that I want to put myself in a bathing suit, but did anyone's dr. mention when you can swim again? Or is it a lost cause this summer?

I was swimming in our lake (it is an aquifer, so it is very clean) at 8 weeks PP. It felt AWESOME!!! Of course I feel self conscious about putting on a bathing suit, but I got over it and went in! It was so great, just do it!!!

I think as long as you get your clearance after your 6wk check up you are cleared for all activities
