Auntie - only my niece Lauren calls me this 
and Coll - though it's really not a nickname as much as it is an abbreviation  Very few people call me Coll...

I mentioned this on the boardgames thread, but our friends call me Nemesis.
Even their kids call me that! They are going to be the only kids in school who know that word!!
And DH's nickname is Freak. So we have these little 4 and 3 year olds who say "Hi Aunt Nemesis and Uncle Freak!"
Other than that, my family sometimes calls me La La Booboo La. It's from a Gilligan's Island episode.

LaLa - I have 2 friends of mine that have called me LaLa for about 20 years now, and it stuck. Whenever they say La or LaLa, I automatically turn around and answer her - it had something to do with my youngest brother not being able to say Ellie so he called me LaLa. Oh yeah, and sometimes my grandmother used to call me Ellalar - also something my youngest brother came up with.
