Night Before Thanksgiving...
Wow...have I aged  I remember when this used to be the biggest night to go out! Here I am am on the computer, un-showered, in sweats, DH sleeping on couch and I am about to fold the laundry!  This time 5 years ago I was opening my first of many beers

I was thinking the same thing today. Five years ago today I was at Cooper's in Glendale, Queens getting trashed.
Fast forward...
Just finished making two mac and cheeses, prepared a ham, and made banana pudding.
and loving every minute of it!!

i finished baking and tried hard to get motivated but i just told dh to go out without me. ive got my sweats on, wine in hand and an US Weekly and a bubble bath screaming my name. i feel so OLD.

I totally relate, I used to be getting ready to go out right about now. Now I'm snuggled under a down throw on the couch, DH is snoozing on the other end, I have to get up to make a broccoli bake for tomorrow but I don't want to wake him up.
5 years ago I'd never believe I'd be saying this but I couldn't be happier.
