No appetite!?
Is anyone else experiencing this? I have no appetite at all. And I find myself being queasy a lot. Not really nauseous and no morning sickness, just queasy. A feeling like if I eat anything I might cross the line into nauseous and getting sick. Ugh! I find myself having to force myself to eat something, but even then I just am not hungry.
I'm in my first trimester.

Re: No appetite!?
Happened to me with my 2nd pregnancy. Had absolutely zero appetite. I lost 10 lbs in my 1st trimester. It was an awful feeling. Hang in there it will pass. I mostly ate string cheese and pretzels lol

Re: No appetite!?
Yep, I've been like that. I'm almost at 20 weeks and hardly have an appetite.

No appetite!?
I had my baby a few weeks ago but I pretty much had no appetite my whole pregnancy. This combined with heavy morning sickness in the first trimester, on and gestational diabetes, I am 20 lbs below my pre pregnancy weight believe it or not...

Re: No appetite!?
In the first trimester I felt that way. I never got sick but the only thing I wanted was carbs. I forced myself to eat for the first 3 months.

Re: No appetite!?
That was me both my pregnancies up until 12 weeks. I actually lost about 7lbs during the 1st trimester both times. Constantly nauseous, but never threw up and no appetite. I would be able to eat cereal and bagels and cream cheese. I just tried to eat when and what I could.
Once 12 weeks hit, both times, it went away on the dot. Appetiite was back and nauseous feeling gone.
Hang in there.

No appetite!?
I was the same way. The first few weeks I lived on saltines and ginger ale. My OB gave me a prenatal vitamin that included B6 2x/day. That helped my appetite but the nauseous feeling - not so much. At least I was able to eat carbs and fruit - pizza, toast, pasta and bagels. I'm hoping I'm nearing the end of the nauseous period but now I feel like I'm always hungry. I'll be 13 weeks tomorrow.
Keep hydrated - water, seltzer, vitamin water, gatorade and try to eat small meals. It's hard to eat when you feel nauseous but at the same time the nausea gets worse when your stomach is empty. Keep crackers by your bed. Eat a few if you get up in the middle of the night or when you first wake up in the morning. It didn't always help but everyone's different.
