Does anyone else lose their appetite in the hot weather?
My classroom is BLAZING hot and I have absolutely no appetite all day! I'm downing bottles of water and I had 2 pieces of fruit this morning. Anyone else like this?

I normally do not eat when ther weather is hot. I mostly eat ice and drink alot of water and eat fruits. I have no appetite for anything too heavy.

I get like this too. I drink tons of water and am never hungry. I force myself to eat light cold things like salads and fruit. Unfortunately, I also crave ice cream, italian ices and slurpies!

yup! when its hot out all i like to eat is fruit or salad! i cant stomach anything heavy!!!

I try to eat less and usually if its hot enough i'm too nauseous to eat.
But..with BBQ's and outdoor restaurants calling my name its hard!

I have been having frozen yogurt for lunch at work. And all I keep thinking today is how I want something really light for dinner tonight.

Sadly, no. I've yet to encounter weather conditions severe enough to make me lose my appetite.

When I'm hot I don't eat as much. You get all bloated and uncomfortable.
