OT but my uncle taught at Kellenberg - Ed Dunn. He was a coach too. Anyone have him? He passed away two months ago.

Yes, he did. He had a heart attack while jogging in Long Beach.

Oh no... I taught at SHA from 1994-1997. I'm so sorry for your loss.

I am a high school teacher and was a prom advisor. It is the most nerveracking night ever. You have no idea. Why? Yes, because of the parents. I've known parents who have huge parties with all sorts of drugs and alcohol before and after the prom. Heck, mos tof them drink with the kids and I wouldn't be surprized if some of them (granted a small minority) are even doing drugs with the kids.
It would make you sick to hear what parents not only condone, but through their lack of action, encourage.

OMG I remember him, I think he was my brothers football coach? Does that sound right? How sad, I am so sorry for your loss. Was he sick?
