I used acetone polish but I used it outside to get the maximum ventilation.
I think it should be fine as long as your not breathing in too much of it.

I have used both acetone and non acetone and I polish my fingers and nails every week-no problems. I would do all of this in ventilation though. I do my mani-pedis outside.
