Non TTC related.
i would like to lose 30lbs, any suggestions?? besides weight watchers. i need to get these 30lbs off me, and i want to do it but i am so lazy? i need to do less of this and more of this

start off with a small number other wise you will go crazy like one pound a week. If it is more great and if not then you are right on track. Start with walking first. Smaller meals more fruits and veggies and tons of WATER

I do Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. It's a DVD and it was only $15 from Amazon and it kicks your butt. I see less cellulite already and I'm only on day 7!

I'm with you...ideally I need to lose 50lbs, but I'd be happy right now with 30...that's pretty much what I'm aiming for.
My advise is to start out slow. If your body isn't used to activity you don't want to injure it or get too exhausted that you don't continue you routine. Start walking a couple of weeks..add some weights & even work up to a DVD like 30 day shred.
Then of course the eating. I'm going forward in my mind prepping my body for a baby. Think about your body as if you were already PG. Would you want your baby to be getting nutrients from chips or carrots... This may sound crazy but it's starting to work for me.

You just need hand weights - I bought two 3 pound handweights from Target. The DVD kicks your butt big time!!!

I would suggest getting into a workout routine and watching what you eat. I know of a great trainer by me that I go to.
