North Pole Express Ticket VENT
Those tickets are harder to get than concert tickets!
I was online and on the phone to purchase tickets and the website was freezing and the line was busy.
I got through on the phone and the guy told me they weren't taking orders on the phone. I told him the website was freezing so how was I supposed to order tickets!
We couldn't get the dates that we wanted and settled on a different date but its so annoying!
Ok, vent over!

yeah... me too. I was on at 9:00 on the dot and couldn't get our 1st, 2nd or 3rd choice... wont be going this year

It's also annoying that you have to commit to this in AUGUST!!! We have weddings the weekend of Thanksgiving and the weekend after so I wasn't 100% certain at this point if we wanted to do it so I just decided no.

I was trying to purchase 21 tickets for a bunch of us. I tried 8 DIFFERENT dates and couldn't get tickets for all us at the same time.
The website was freezing, not loading, not allowing me to choose shipping THEN telling me that I HAD to choose a shipping option 
Took me almost 2 hours and I only ended up purchasing tickets for my family in Nov!!
Two other families are also going solo on other dates in Dec...
Terrible website and operation

Wow. Is it THAT great?
I looked at the site the other day, but just didn't "get it", they tell a story, get bells and meet Santa. Am I missing something?
Maybe it's an older kid thing?

Yeah I had the same issue. I was all ready at 9am and then the website just froze. Wouldnt load. Then at one point I had over $2000 worth of tickets in my cart. Finally I tried to do it on my phone bc the computer was just not working. It said I had 8 tickets for the date I wanted and when I got my receipt..I only had 2! So I have two tickets for Saturday November 23rd at 5pm if anyone is interested, I will be selling them when I get them. We ended up getting tickets for that Sunday at 5pm...but boy was it a NIGHTMARE!!!!

I had the same experience! Got my 3rd choice so, in the end it worked out but, I was getting so frustrated and wasted SO MUCH time!!!!

I was on there at 9 on the dot and the coach tickets weren't added until almost 10mins after 9.....then when they were finally there December 7th and 14th times were all sold out already!!!! How was that even possible???? Unless on Monday when u could buy full cars they sold out then if so something should be done about that bc that's not right .....so I got tickets to my third choice unfortunately but no biggie its such a nice time who cares about the date

This is the way it is every single year. You would think they would have a better system, but they don't! Every year we go through this hassle to buy tickets, then something comes up, and we have to sell them!
