Northface Jacket for my DH-- Help me make it happen!!
I want to get DH a nice Jacket for winter, can you believe he doesnt have one!?! He works REALLY hard for me and my DD and even though we have had our rough points these past couple of months I want to do something nice for him.
He mentioned in passing he wants a northface because he heard its really good for NY winters. I was browsing the Northface official site and the one Im thinking of is $250. DO you know if I can get the same thing elsewhere for cheaper?? Also there are so many different ones, which one do you ladies like. If it helps I dont think he'll like the bubble kind. He's 6'2 200lbs.
What do you think of this one?

Dh has the MEN'S CONDOR TRICLIMATE® JACKET in grey (maybe the only difference is that it is a fleece zip out?). It's great quality, and he's had it for like 5 years.
They sell them at lots of places--D!cks sporting goods, Macys, most sporting goods places, but they are usually list price. You may be able to use a coupon at one of those stores, and I know there's an outlet in Woodbury Commons w/ great prices.

I think it's great!
I love my Northface coat. It's bulky and was pricey but I'm always cold so DH got me one for Christmas a few years back. Best thing ever for those cold winter days!

Great choice! I also plan on getting DH a Northface for Xmas. I am hoping to catch a sale in Macy's and at least get 15-20% off. (Total wishful thinking on my end).

Thanks for the responses, Im glad to know its a good jacket even if it is 
The thing is.... on the northface website there are so many different varities of the "Triclimate" brand, my head is spinning.
I like the Triclimate cause you can use the outer shell only or the inner or all three together. Which one do you ladies think I should get?
I just realized that the original jacket I posted, the inner part is kind of a bubble...
HELP! lol

This looks nice, I like that it has the fleece inside... would it keep you warm though in NY blizzards? lol...it looks kinda thin but maybe looks are decieving.

We went to EMS and Jason was so helpful.
After going back and forth, DH bought the Plasma Thermal and EMS is having F&F 20% off.
Then...he decided he wanted the Galaxy Triclimate which EMS doesn't carry so BACK to Jason tonight to return the 1st jacket.
We got the Galaxy @ Macys and of course there's no discount and you can't use any of the coupons on NF.
I wound up getting him the Fleece Jacket 300 zip up from Jason to go inside the Triclimate.
Not sure about other how long the F&F is on but I think you can get it on their site and it's free shipping. I'm sure he'll love it.
