nose bleed

I have had two nose bleeds in the past two weeks - I have never had these before - I spoke to my doc. and he said vaseline or saline spray - anyone ever use saline spray?

I use Ocean saline solution all the time! Saline is safer than Afrin or something like it. You need to sleep with a humdifier as well, it really helps. Chat Icon

I love saline nasal spray and have been using it for years! Especially everyday now since I have been pregnant because we tend to get stuffy and yes I have gotten a few mild nose bleeds since being pregnant.

I have too been blessed with them this pregnancy for the first time in my life. It's completely normal. I bought my humidifier right off of my registry and it's been running since I was 6 mos. I highly recommend one at night. I don't get them since I've been using it.

same here, humidifier has been on since end of November. I still get the nosebleeds, but not as many and way more mild. The warm weather we have been having i think as helped.
