Not exactly a TTC question, but here goes.
I am pretty *lucky* I guess in that I can feel when I ovulate. Now, I always get breast tenderness right before my period. Usually, 4-5 days before. But the past 2 cycles, they are so friggin sore right after I ovulate up until my period actually comes. It's like instant tenderness.
Anyone know what would cause this change?

anything..our bodies change over time..i doubt its anything to be concerned with. there are months my boobs are soo sore and then months when they're fine. so who knows???

I had soreness this month around my ovulation as well. I never had that on the BCP. AF is due this week...

My boobs were never sore when I was on BCP. Now that I am off, I swear they are sore from when I ovulate until the first day of AF. It is not enjoyable. I think the hormones in the BCP help to regulate the levels and prevent the sore boobs.
