ugh, here goes with my TMI
I had what I thought was a pimple or ingrown hair as well on my upper thigh right near my who-ha
I asked DH to inspect it for me and it turned out to be an infected ingrown hair....it was the nastiest thing ever and he was grossed out but he got a warm rag and popped it for me....it hurt so bad, I was crying but it healed up pretty quick after that......
Try a warm compress to see if anthing comes to a head.....yuck, I feel your pain

ugh, he took this sharp tool that we have and sterilized it and then stuck it in there......OMG, that sucker hurt like a b!tch, I was begging him to stop....I felt much better afterwards though.
ETA: he tried squeezing it but that did not work

good luck, let us know how it goes.....try a hot compress (as hot as you can tolerate), that will help with the pain

I agree with the hot compress. Also, you can have DH try to squeeze it, but only if it has a white head on it (I know, gross).

Ive had this before.
My doctor said the worst thing you can do is pop it. Put warm compresses on it and buy boil ease. Even if you dont think its a boil per say...this brings it to a head and takes care of it on its own. It takes a couple of days but it really works...only thing is...this stuff STINKS!!! Smells like gasoline! But it works wonders!

I've had that before several times. I couldn't do anything with it either. I just left it alone and is went away on it's own. It took about a week or so, but it did go away.
