Not the official intro I wanted..update
I'll be 12 weeks tomorrow.... I had staining today - alot of brown a little red(TMI sorry)...I haven't had any spotting at all & feel like it late to be having this.
Soooo nervous.... I was able to get a sono for 3pm.
Anyone have staining/spotting for the first time at the 11-12 week mark ?

hi, welcome & congrats!
Yes - i had 2 issues of BROWN and some PINK spotting during the first 16 weeks of the pregnancy....
I have also had a few instances of spotting in my second trimester....unfortunately, the way my doc explained it is there's NO reason why some women just SPOT & others don't....

First off congratulations!!!
And i had bright red spotting at 8 weeks, 10 weeks, and 12 weeks. Im sorry you are going thru this. Im sure everything is fine.

Congrats on the pregnancy!!
I had spotting between 6 and 8 weeks. The doc's said there's no explanation for it.
Good Luck at the sono.

I hope everything goes well today! I've had a few bouts of spotting with this pregnancy and so far everything appears to be okay. With DS, I spotted for 3 weeks straight in the first trimester. I never found out why.

I SPOTTED FROM 10W TO 12 W EVERYDAY I HAD A SMALL CLOT IN MY PLACENTA MY BABY WAS DOING GREAT THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS I AM CURRENTLY 17W AND THE BABY IS GROWING STRONG. YOU MIGHT HAVE THE SAME THING, ITS VERY NORMAL TO SPOT IN YOUR FIRST TRIMESTER BEST OF LUCK

I had this a few times in the 1st trimester. I think it's common for some women from what my dr. has told me. Good Luck
