Nothing cute for boys...
Nikolas' christening is is April and I wanted to dress Jared up in a cute outfit. Everywhere I go, all I see is argyle sweater vests and linen pants. Now, there is nothing wrong with that but I'm just not into that or the easter egg colors for him.
Ugh, I don't even know what I want to dress him in.
I've been to Children's Place, Gap and Old Navy so far...

I would try a department store. I find for fancier events, they have cuter stuff than the places you listed.

As strange as it sounds, I went to Walmart this weekend and they had a on of suit type outfits for little boys that were really cute and so inexpensive. Just an idea.

I neve have any luck in Gap or Old Navy stores I only order online. Have you seen these vest/shirst at Old Navy?

I bought Nick a 3 piece suit there that was so adorable. Not Eastery or sweater vest.

I totally agree!! This is an ongoing dilemma for me too! I too am not impressed with any of the boys spring clothes at the usual children's stores. I have reluctantly purchased an argyle sweater/button down shirt outfit for Easter - it's semi-cute - but I'm not in love with it. I found it at the Carters store at the Source (after checking out every last store at the Source:)

I had the same problem with John for Joeys baptism. I went to Macy's and found a suit from Nautica, it wasnt the way I intended to dress him, but I ended up loving the look. The price was great at $55

i actually really like babies r us for boy's clothes... there are some really cute outfits by Kenneth Cole Reaction there, and i love Koala Baby.
i was in Gap this weekend and i was not impressed. the children's place is cute too, but their stuff seems a little more causal to me.

I always feel that, especially for the holidays, girls clothes outnumber boys clothes. Girls clothes have racks and racks of things and boys have 1 rack. Just because boys don't necessarily love clothes, their moms want them to look nice.

I would try dennys - $$$ but I think their things come in many varieties.
let me know, as I'm thinking the same thing for DS for easter.
