November mommies!!!!!!

I need some mommies-to-be in the same timeframe as me.

I am due 11/25 and plan to deliver at South Nassau.

What about you?
How are you feeling?

I think it may be weirnd and because of a previous m/c, but DH and I really don't even talk about the baby much. I think we're still nervous and will feel better after we hear a heartbeat.

Re: November mommies!!!!!!

i'm due 11/12 and plan on delivering at good sam...
today im 11w2d

i was bleeding at 6 weeks and during the first sono did not see a heartbeat - we went back at 7 weeks and there it was 155 - nice and strong.

i am still a nervous nilly and have a drs appointment scheduled for this evening that will hopefully calm my nerves. although i dont think they will do a sono and i think it will be too early to hear the heartbeat - i have my ultrascreen scheduled for monday though

i really have been lucky in terms of symptoms - no morning sickness - just very tired and sore bbs.... not showing yet but at night i look so bloated!

looking forward to chatting with you all these next nine months!

Re: November mommies!!!!!!

I am due 11/29 but I live in Georgia now so I will be delivering down here.

I had my 8 week appointment and we saw the heartbeat. I am still nervous and will be until after my 12 week appointment. I feel okay. The little morning sickness I had has passed and with my 2 year old I really don't have time to think about the other aches and sleepiness.

Congrats to everyone. Happy and healthy 9 months.

Hi! I'm due 11/3 (but I think I might wind up being an October mommy if I keep measuring the way I've been!) I will be delivering at Brooklyn Hosptial. I have been VERY lucky... if it not for the growing belly and sonogram pics... I wouldn't even belive that I am pregnant.

Good luck to all of you!!!

Re: November mommies!!!!!!

I am due 11/26. I am delivering at Winthrop.

I have been feeling good. Only one real day of morning sickness last week and thats it. But OMG,my Boobs are KILLING me. They feel like they weigh 500 pounds each. Between the boobs and peeing 3 or 4 times throughout the night, its no wonder I am so tired during the day and in bed by 9 at night.

Hope everyone is doing well!!

Whose finding out what they are having?? We are and I am so excited, if my calculations are correct, I will get to find out what we're having a few days before the big 3-0, which would be the ultimate in b-day gifts.

Re: November mommies!!!!!!

Hello!!!

I'm due 11/9, delivering at Good Sam.

I had a little morning sickness in the beginning, but after about 2 weeks it subsided. I also figured out foods that do not agree with me (chocolate being the #1) and avoiding them so I feel better.

I have my ultrascreen on Monday when I'll be about 12 1/2 weeks.

Looking forward to chatting with everyone.

So happy to see so many november mommies.

I'm due November 6th and 13 weeks - we saw the heartbeat at 6.5 wks and had our ultrascreen sonogram last week.

baby is looking good and ive been feeling well - but showing incredibly already!!! I'm offically wearing maternity shirts because my regular shirts are too snug and look ridiculous on me.

This is our second child - my daugther is 14 months and these two will be 21 months apartChat Icon

Re: November mommies!!!!!!

Ann, did you do the ultrascreen at North Shore ? Mine is tomorrow and I'm a little concerned that they won't do it - they like patients to be at 12 weeks and I'll be 11 weeks 5 days. My genetics counselor booked the appointment; she said take a chance and go, so I'm hoping it's ok.

Was the ultrascreen ok? It doesn't hurt, right? TIA!

Hi MsG -
The ultrascreen was just a regular internal sonogram - they just spend alittle bit more time looking at the baby on screen - so you will enjoy it They quickly measure the width of the baby's neck - to rule out down syndrones and some other abornalities and the sonogram is combined with a blood test. It then takes about a week to get back the results - but they can let you know right then and there if everything is looking normal. The tech will point out the legs, feet and arms to you - its quite amazing.
At almost 12 wks - i believe you should qualify for the test. I was exactly 12 wks at the time of the test last week and it was perfect timing.
With my last pregnancy - my appt was scheduled at 10 wks by mistake and they couldn't take the proper measurement - so I had to come back the next week - which was fine because I got to see my little bean a second time.
My test was done with the office (not hosiptal) on northern boulevard but the office is affiliated with North Shore.

Re: November mommies!!!!!!

I'm due Nov. 15th and plan on delivering at Good Sam. I've been okay, occasional nausau and only threw up once. I had my first sono and about 6 weeks we saw the heartbeat, had one at 9 weeks 4 days and the baby was moving all around. I'm going for another one today (I'm 11 weeks 4 days) I'm a little concerned that my doctor keeps seeing me so much like he's not telling me something. Either that or it's all for the $$$. I have my ultrascreen on Wednesday. I've been nervous because I haven't had any bad PG symptoms but as of a few days ago I feel like all my clothes look horrible on me. I really think I'm starting to show.

Re: November mommies!!!!!!

I'm due November 20th.

I've had 2 sono's...one at 6.5 weeks and one at 10.5 weeks. Both had good heartbeats and the bean is moving around now.

I'm delivering at Memomodies (don't know if I spelled it right) in Brooklyn.

Still have all day nausua. Threw up once. I'm able to deal with it better. Still exhausted.

Can't wait for this 1st Tri to be over!!

Hello Ladies. Just checking in. I am feeling so much better. Thank God.

ziamaria I can't believe you know the sex already!! You are so lucky we are due on the 11th and are dying to find out. But I don't think we go for our level 2 untill the end of June.

How is everyone else feeling?

Re: November mommies!!!!!!

ohh ziamaria - i am so jealous that you know the sex already --- and that you had your level 2 so early - my dr wont do them so early because of false results... so we are waiting until 20 weeks and June 20th,.... but we cant wait..

besides that i am feeling great - love being pregnant... have no bad symptoms and have only gained three pounds so far....

cant wait til my level 2 and to start registering...
