I am doing well. 18 weeks today and they are 99% sure I am having a BOY!!!!

We found out the twins are both boys! i am 19.5 weeks now. Their names will be James and Joseph and i am starting to think about painting the nursery and getting things set up in there.
hoping to plan my shower for the end of August!
oh and my back is KILLING me!
how's everyone else doing?
I've been wearing stiletto heels  I know I shouldnt but so far, so good with the back. But trust me everyone is warning me i will be in a world of pain if i dont stop. I wore flats today though

Hope everyone is feeling well!! we're almost there!!!
I might have to switch to being an October mommy- my high risk said that they will definitely be taking me a week early -- which brings me to the end of Oct.. but I'll stick around till I know for sure

my back is starting to hurt too! just yesterday it started to hurt while doing normal household stuff (like sweeping/dishes)
thank you! I am hoping to book my shower this weekend. and possibly register next week! do you know where you're having yours?
ugh yuck back pain is the worst! by the end of the day i have to lay on pillows bc i can barely stand up! hopfully it gets better for the both of us!!

OMG i cannot even imagine wearing heels! but i definitely give you some credit for being able to wear them! actually, i couldnt even wear stiletto's when i wasn't pregnant  i would be falling all over the place!!
flats remind me of flip flops, which is what I wish i could wear all day every day!

The naseau is almost gone, which is great news since i had it bad from 6weeks-19weeks. But, I now have random hip and side pain to deal with, which I think is called sciatica and can be really annoying. Anyone else feeling this? It tingles and sends little sharp tinges or pain shooting into my hip area or side. What can we do for it?
My shower is September 18th in NJ (where I'm from).
I can't believe we are halfway!!!

hey hey!! i saw your belly pic & guessed you are having a BOY! you will have to tell me if im right!
im getting the same pain in the hips as you... mostly my left side -- goes numb & have sharp pains ESP at night.... i know pre-natal yoga is really good for that, but i have to get the OKay from my OB before i start classes since i have a low placenta

Hey!!! It's so funny, because everyone in my family swears it's a girl and everyone in DH's says boy I will definitely let you know Monday 
Thanks for the prenatal yoga suggestion, I've been meaning to look into that anyway so it would be great if it helps. Maybe we are getting that pain since we are both carrying mostly in the front so it puts pressure on our hips.

Kristen someone posted about doing the yoga pose pigeon pose- and my prenatal yoga teacher actually said the same thing- you can google it for instructions on how to do it- cause I dont think I can explain it right lol

Hi Everyone!!!
I will be 26 weeks this weekend! I can't believe how fast time seems to be going! We have our hospital tour in two weeks and then a couple of weeks later we start our birthing class!
I failed my 1 hour so now I have to go for the 3 hr on Saturday  I'm just worried because I'd really like to go natural and having GD could make that a little harder to achieve.
My shower will most likely be the last weekend of September because we will be hopefully moving mid August to early September! Lots going on!

Michelle, my shower is also Sept. 18th! So exciting :) I am going to be 25 weeks and taking the glucose test at 28 weeks. I didn't know the visits start to increase so soon! I feel like everything is going by so quickly.
We are looking to move for a 9/1 or latest 10/1 move date but its so hard finding a place, and I cant order nursery furniture until we do (we currently have a 1 bedroom). I've also been feeling new hip/leg aches and pains whenever I walk too much and climb the stairs alot. Guess it comes with the territory!

I am 24 weeks today! My shower is on October 3rd
And I am hoping this weekend that DH and I start the list of a million things that we need to get done before  gets here!

yeah i was surprised too when my OB said the visits will start to get more frequent.... but you gotta figure, in 2 weeks we'll be in the 3rd trimester!!

I will be 24 weeks this weekend. The baby has been moving around like crazy this week. It is really cool but I will be at work in the middle of something and it totally freaks me out (in a good way).
The shower is set for 10/16 so I am excited. I just wish my MIL would get he ish together for it so my mom can properly plan it.
