Now that we are officially in contract...
since last Thursday, I am now feeling a little more like we are buying a HOME
Here's some cell phone pics of the new casa...not the best...
it's in East Rockaway (on the border of Hewlett) and I think it will be a perfect little home for us to start out 
AND I don't have to leave Long Island!
the first pic I was standing in the front yard, it's even bigger than that
and the backyard is the same size, I love how it is set back from the street...

I know, I hope we can get in there this week to make measurements and take pics
almost everything is brand-new, but Bella's room's rug is chocolate brown and I might wanna change that...
