now that you are over wedding planning
is there something you wish you could have done differently?

Yep..I was helping my brother and fsil last night with their invites and we talked about this. If I was getting married now, I would have either a beach theme or a precious moment theme..I think beach would be easier though..No CPs of flowers..I would have had candles or jars filled with shells and sand and a candle on top (saw this in Partylite..gorgeous)..I would have had one more bridesmaid (my friend from HS) and I wouldve looked into a detachable train..

nope....
if i did it again i would have done it exactly the same...on the same budget...
but in some alternate universe...it would have been nice to see my wedding doen ENTIRELY different...
but like i said...if this was my one shot...would do it the same...

The major thing I would've done differently was to have gotten a video. I didn't feel like spending the money at the time, but there are a lot of moments I wish I could see now. Right after the wedding this really bothered me, now not as much.

I wouldn't have changed much about the day, however I'd change the way I reacted toward certain people. I think that in letting them know I was affected by the things that they did/said, I gave them what they wanted.
And I never would have asked SIL to be a bridesmaid.

i would have hired a different photoprapher- i hated ours.
but event-wise, nope- loved it just the way it was.. simple & elegant, just like us... but with elegance

The things I would have changed wouldnt make or break the fact of it being a perfect day or not. BUT I would have: hired a different florist (but thats a if I only knew then what I know now type thing) and asked my 2 cousins to be BMs.

I would have worn my hair differently & had a different photographer. Otherwise, it was the most fun I ever had at a wedding.

I would have gotten a different photographer/videographer...mine $ucked!!!
I would have made more time in between my church and reception to go someplace nice to take pictures.
I would have danced with my grandma, who's no longer with me...

I loved my wedding but I definitely would of had a different hair stylist. She stunk and when I look at my pictures now I get very upset.

Everything was exactly what I hoped for as I couldn't really do anything about the monsoon weather conditions. I just would not have wasted $350 on dance lessons.

Same here!!!! Except the beyotch who I hired to do my hair stood me up on my wedding day!!!! Never showed!
I also would have gone with a different photog.
But all in all, my wedding really was perfect!
