NPR: But will make you laugh or OMG
So I'm in a building in Rock Center that strangely enough does allow you to open the windows...I'm on the 21st floor...I just opened a window and I had a frame with two pics of me and DH in it and one pic of my dog in it...well it just was blown outside...I'm scared it may have hurt someone... And they will come and find me since I'm in the pics
