NPR: My friend is coming for the weekend and I am BORING
It's my bday tomorrow, and luckily, one of my BFFs from college is coming up since DH has to work the WHOLE friggen weekend
Anyway, I want some feedback on my plans, my other BFF from college told me "don't worry, she knows what she is getting herself into" when I said that I am old and boring and she is, well, not.
Friday night: get her from the train, relax at my house with some wine.
Saturday morning: Chris is taking us to Maureen's Kitchen for breakfast for my bday.
Saturday afternoon: Mariesa, C3 and I will go into the city so my parents can watch C3 and Mese, my sister, my cousin and I can go to an early-ish dinner and a few drinks, then back home to watch a movie, and, well, more wine once the kid goes to sleep
Sunday am-bagels and relaxing, then she will leave int he afternoon.
Whaddya think? Too boring???

sounds like an action packed weekend by my standards! I'd be happy with sitting home with wine and movies and just talking. But unfortunately I'm not the one you're entertaining. I think you have a good plan set though. Good mix of in and out.

I think it looks good! I know when I go visit family in MI I don't like being on the go constantly. I just like to relax and hang out
