NPR: Need to replace a broken lens - question
My Nikon 18-55mm lens broke  the tripod fell over and the camera fell to the floor...the lens came out and has some damage. It's such a basic lens but I take basic pictures so I like it very much...and now I need to replace it.
Can anyone recommend where on LI I can buy a new one? I am going to check Adorama on Monday but want it now if possible.

I think any Best Buy/Sears/PC Richard or anywhere they sell Nikon SLRs should have it. Sorry about your lens.

Oh no!!! 
I *think* I've seen that lens in Best Buy....and if they carry it, I can ask Chris to go with you to buy it and they (most of the time) give him a discount....
