NT Test Date
I read somewhere that it's best to do the NT test at the 11th week (since the fold is the most translucent then), but the NT place has me scheduled at the 13th week - that's fine right?

Totally fine -- sometimes they can't get the measurements if you go too early, and 11 w is supposed to be the earliest you can test for it. I've read anywhere from 11 - 14 weeks is when they recommend it be done.
