Nursery Decorating Tips
DH and I are going to start setting up "Milani's" nursery but do not know where to begin. We didn't want to go with the traditional colors ..but don't know if we want to do something more modern either. This is the bedding we chose for her room and I'm trying to decide if we should do the pattern from the bedding on one wall..or just have it one solid color or try and incorporate all 3 colors? I am attaching 2 pictures of how we are trying to decide to do the wall..the first picture is the bedding we chose "Scribbles" HELP!!

Re: Nursery Decorating Tips
hmm, I think with the Scribbles bedding maybe I would do Wheat coloured walls and add a coloured border to match the pink & chocolate brown, with smaller wall decor.

I love the scribbles bedding!!! I would do a wheat color wall--like a light brown, and then see if you can find a border or something to incorporate the pink and choc brown with it. Love your bedding choice by the way!!

Re: Nursery Decorating Tips
I would do have the wall pink and the other half the beige color that is on that wall. I would divide the colors using chair rail molding.

Re: Nursery Decorating Tips
I would say the wheat color for the walls and then maybe add some crown molding in a dark chocolate brown.
Then bring in the dusty pinks with the curtains, cushions?, throw pillows?, rug/carpeting.
