Nursery Question..Big Job

Our second bedroom is a full blown studio for my at second job (at home business) We have decided that we would make it a nursery but I am dreading it, we practically just finished making it the perfect office..lol of course..

but my mom said I should have it changed by Christmas..should I wait or take her advice she says the sooner the better...

we have no plans to find out the sex of the baby....so the waiting is just pure laziness....Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Re: Nursery Question..Big Job

You can deinitely wait a while, but the bottom line is it's going to need to be done. So if you have the time to get started, then why not.

Re: Nursery Question..Big Job

You can certainly wait! I didn't even have a room to make DS a nursery, until a couple weeks after he was born. We waited and were able to really pick out what we wanted for his room once we knew him and knew he was a boy (obviously).Chat Icon

Re: Nursery Question..Big Job

You can certainly wait! Our nursery is currently a guest bedroom and we still need to move out the furniture and I'm due in December. I've cleaned everything out but, DH is dragging his feet (because he has to then move furniture out of the room that the guest room is moving into).

Re: Nursery Question..Big Job

I would def. wait it out... I was originally in a big rush to get the nursery started, but here I am 6 months along, and we still didnt get to start on it. We plan on starting next month...If you are currently using it, then live up using it for just that.... enjoy it.
