nursery school question
Now this is still 2 years away, but when DS is 3 I would like to enroll him in preschool. I'm not asking about specific schools, because I live in White Plains, but have any of you experienced a preschool class that is offered in the afternoons, like from 3-6? I work afternoons, so I would like to spend mornings with DS. If he went in the AM I feel like I would barely see him. I'd pick him up, take him home and have lunch and then bring him to my mom or MIL when I go to work at 3pm.

Re: nursery school question
I think most preschools run on a school schedule- meaning they don't start or go any later than the typical school day lets out.
ETA: At my school, there is an AM Pre-K that runs from 9-11, then a PM Pre-K that goes from 12:15-2:15.

Re: nursery school question
Also, afternoon is still nap time for lots of 3 year olds -- so I haven't seen that.

Re: nursery school question
That stinks! Well he's definitely not going for more than 3 days then. I was hoping to coincide his school with my work. He's away from me at that time anyway.

Sarah goes for the afternoon session, but it ends before 3.
