Nursery Walls
I had a post like this last week or so - but I figured I would ask a more direct question about it.
We will be painting Ali's new room (in the new house) and I am looking for ideas. I am thinking of putting 2 colors on the walls. Like one color on top and another on the bottom - and maybe a chair rail.
Can you please post pictures of your nursery walls if you have this set up in their rooms? Thank you.

Re: Nursery Walls
how about stripes, I love the way that looks, or you could do Ralph lauren's techniues, go to Home Depot and get their free painting handout, my hubby is doing my girls' room and he paints a dark pink, then puts a lighter pink on top,and then puts a glaze, and while they are wll wet he takes this brush and does vertical and horizontal stroke on the wall, it looks really cool.

Here is a pic of Marron's walls. The first is after we just painted, and the second is when the room was all decorated. Image Attachment(s):

I don't have pictures but my girlfriend just did this in her nursery, she did green on bottom and yellow on top and a white chair rail, she doesnt know what she is having so she went with the neutral colors, It looks great!!!
My nursery is a beach theme, so thats no help, good luck!

This is Luka's room. I know it is blue and white (well the top color is actually called Oatmeal and looks like that color in person) but it gives you an idea.
