Nurses Come on In
How easy would it be for a R.N Supervisor who has only worked in a nursing home to get a job as a R.N supervisor at a hospital?

Re: Nurses Come on In
I just saw this post now or I would have replied earlier.
When I worked in the nursing home, they used to take any RN with experience to be supervisor. In the hospital, they either want 100 years of experience, or a masters degree most of the time. To be honest, you couldn't pay me enough to be a supervisor and deal with all that aggravation!!
