Nursing/Sports Bra/Supply Question
I just went for a run for the first time in over 10 months (which I'm sure I will be paying for tomorrow ) But in order to not have my boobs be all over the place, I had to wear a super tight sports bra (the sports bra was a D, I am currently an F). I also wore a running tank with a shelf bra built in over the sports bra. I think I have read that wearing a tight bra is one way to stop your milk supply, but if I only have it on for 45 minutes or so, do you think it could mess up my supply? I really want to start running again, but not at the sake of messing up my supply.

Re: Nursing/Sports Bra/Supply Question
Kathleen posted something about this the other day. I wear two bras - a regular bra (to separate the girls ) and a tight sports bra on top.
Like you I don't have it on enough to affect anything. I make sure they are empty before I go though and I think that helps.
