NY & CO complaint
So I received an email that NY & Co was having a sale: 40% off everything in the store.
Last night, I went with my sister. We went to the SouthShore Mall b/c it is close and she was leaving the two babies at home with her hubby and my hubby. We had to stay local.
Well, that location was the only store NOT participating in the sale!!! HOW CAN THEY DO THAT!!
I still got some cute things, but spent more than I would have if we went to the free standing store in W. Babylon???? How unfair.

bring everything you bought with you. this way if they can't issue you the credit back (like Macy's would do), just return it and re-purchase everything at 40% off. that is such BS!

that's weird. I went to the Broadway mall location Friday and it was 40% off.
Right now on their website everything is 60% off.

That's so weird. I just went there yesterday and got a TON of stuff. I also had a 20% coupon, so I got that with the 40%.

I could not get to NY & CO safely on Sunday, my truck was all over the road and I had to turn around and go home.
I did write them quite an email and I am waiting for a response. They replied that my complaint was forwarded to another department and that I would hear from them. I am going to pursue this further. It is a 60 dollar difference and right now that is a LOT of money for me and DH.
IF they do not do anything for me I am going to be ******. I spend a lot of money there all the time.
