My best friend lives in Vegas. when you are under 21 your picture is a side profile. I know other states do this also.

I think it started with the blue licenses. My sister is 35 and her license never said it. She also had the square numbers so they were able to chalk the daye. Not that she WOULD EVER have done that  
I had an endless supply of chalk!

Jersey has this too. I think the UNDER 21 in bright red works too, but I guess it's easier to scracth out the under 21 than to put a new picture on.

Jersey has this too. I think the UNDER 21 in bright red works too, but I guess it's easier to scracth out the under 21 than to put a new picture on.
Well I know people who replaced pictures too. BUT youd have to have someone who looked exactly like you... OR a picture of you. You couldn't do that if you had a profile pic. The new license are easy to change BUT.. Any place that has a lotto machine can scan the license and it will show the birthday and age.
Also the NY license if the laminate is pelled off and you bend the license it feels different and most likely crack. Break right in your hand,.

ah, nothing is full proof- just like the dollar bill- how many times are they gonna change that b/c they thought the first time around it couldnt be replicated to be counterfeit!!! I think they should be spending their time on the economy and how they can fix that!
