NY Teaching Fellows Help!
Hello All,
I am new to LI Families but have been on LIWeddings....
I have an interview with the NY fellows on November 13th. I need to do a 5 minute lesson on anything I want. I am going for Elementary so I would like to do something in that age group.
Does anyone have any idea of what I can do in that short of time?
We can start off with "Class yesterday we discussed ......."
HELP!!! I want to have everything planned and practiced by November 1st so my nerves subside a little bit.

Hi- my 5 minute lesson was on pronouns....really quick and had a chance to do some interactive stuff!!

you can do anything... it's so easy. don't stress over it.
i would do something easy like parts of speech, punctuation marks. my husband did the branches of government in 5 minutes...
they understand that it's not real, it's a very hypothetical situation. they just want to see how you lead a group and your presence.
