NYC Bar with pay one price open bar?
Looking to do a small work get together for 15 or so people. Does anyone know a place where you can pay $30-$40 per person for 3 hours of open bar? TIA

That is standard pricing (without food) and I think a lot of the smaller bars will do that.
I would just pick a place you like or have been to, and just call their day manager and ask for a party package.

Wow. The post moving police are in full force today and damm quick. Not even 16 views. 
I would have never guessed pricing out an open bar falls under FOOD and Recipies.
Unless you consider having a budweiser a "liquid lunch".

I think most bars will work with you, but call soon - the holidays are coming up and they start to get booked with corporate parties.

I think the place you are talking about is the Mean Fiddler... not the Angry Fiddler. 
At least that's what I think you mean when you mention Saloon which is around the corner.

I did this one year at Blue Fin, it was like 4 years ago so google to see if they are still around. Midtown east side
