NYC biggest baby shower
Wow! DH and my BFF went last night and the stuff we got is crazy!!!!
A stroller
Peg perrego high chair
Lilleby carrier
Tons of bottles
Nipples
Bottle cooler bag with stroller strap
Detergents
Cans of formula
Breast pads
Swaddles
Tons of pacifiers
Rattles
Packs of diapers
I'm so excited !! Anyone who wants to go to the next one - I highly recommend. They said food was great and they met snookie (who DH said looked sooo skinny n gross - isn't she preg?! )

It's a huge event held twice yearly. You buy one of 3 types of tickets: standard, super, or ultimate (OP purchased the ultimate ticket). The ticket is for admission, but also determines your entry time and which baby shower gifts you'll receive. Standard pass holders go in an hour after super and ultimate ticket holders. Standard ticket holders get a diaper pail (it's been Arm & Hammer for the last 3 events), plus what ever is packed inside your giant goodie bag. Super pass holders get the diaper pail, plus a carrier (the brand changes). Ultimate ticket holders received the pail, carrier, plus Peg Perego booster seat.
There are tons of vendors, many of whom have giveaways. They have lite bites of food and drinks. They also have seminars you can attend if you want.
The goodie bag is always so much fun to look through when you get home. DH and I would pull stuff out and just ooh and ahh.
They usually have one in the spring and another in late fall.

I didnt go to this specific event but have been to a bunch of other bigcitymoms events and the goodie bags are always awesome, even for the smaller events

No pail, but a stroller instead. I'm so jealous I didn't get to go - but my DH had a blast.
Colleen - definitely see if you can go to the one in the Fall !!!!!
