NYC School Jobs
So I filled out an app with NYC schools was told they were unable to help me find a job but I could find one on my own.
How do you find positions?
On the unemployment career website it says NYC is hiring math teachers, yet it brings you to the same place I filled out my application and was denied???
Any inside advice?

I think some of the new schools can hire. Look into large HS's that were "closed" where they opened small acadmies.
Far Rockaway HS is one example.

look online and send a resume directly to the schools that you want to work at
