When will people learn that it is not ok to drink and drive ?
When the consequences of doing so equal that of more than just a slap on the wrist - conditional discharges, alcohol abuse counseling, time served in jail. It's more than disgusting how slow our legislators have been to correct this.

Ugh, what a tragedy. 
I also can NOT believe or stand the fact that the drunk always survives. I know two people who were killed by drunks going the wrong way. The drunks were FINE.
