O or BCP effects?
I just went off the BCP and am on CD 10. AF came the day after I went off it and lasted a few days. I had about a week of no AF and now yesterday I was having pains on my left side and thought it might be O cramps (DH and I BD'd 2 days before through yesterday and are planning on BD'ing tonight for good measure). Today I am spotting a little tiny bit and still feeling the cramps.
Does this sound like just after affects of coming of BCP (I was only on it a year) or do you think it might be me O'ing? It feels like light AF cramps to be honest, but she was just here a week ago...
Any thoughts are appreciated.

ETA: the cramps are gone after one day so I'm thinking I O'd! Well, hoping. We'll see.    to all!
