I just went off last month and before going on it I was extremely irregular so I thought I would have lots of side effects...and i didn't!!! I got my period two weeks exactly after I stopped the pill just as my GYN said....the only thing I noticed was that I am having mild acne,but nothing ridiculous..good luck!!!

I honestly didn't have too many...
Here's what I noticed:
Just before I get my period, my breasts get sore (though not every period has this happened) and I break out a little bit and it's not just on my face.
I've also noticed I'm less bitchie just before I get my period - ironic, right???

I didn't gain nor lose.
I did however lose 20lbs. recently and it was just as easy as when I was on BC but that was only because I've been watching what I eat so I don't think nolt being on BC had anything to do with it.

I got moody. My periods got heavier and the cramps were worse. It's a means to an end.
Keep in mind that being on the pill masks what your body would be like if you werent on it. After a few months, you may learn that what your baseline or "normal" cycle is, is not all that normal. It may fluctuate a day or two from month to month.

I had mood swings.
I broke out. Mainly on my forehead and chin.
I noticed my periods were irregular.
I gained about 5lbs.

My periods got heavier & I had a lot more cramps
I broke out but not every cycle
I did crave sweets about 2 days before hand
Mood swings & crying spells
Sore boobs but again not every cycle
I did gain weight  which I thought I would loose. I actually was at my lightest being on the pill 
I do bloat a lot more now too..

Not much, my period just returned to what it was before BC - very heavy and bad cramps. I have been regular, no acne or moodswings.

More cramps, more acne a heavier and longer flow. It took 2 months for me to get AF. But, in a way I feel so much better knowing that I dont have any extra hormones in my body.

I had ovulation pains. For the first three cycles. Then I stopped ovulating and getting AF.

I have been off the pill for a year and I noticed that I have gained weight from being off of it not to much but about 5lbs and I also notice I get more mood swings then I did before. I did break out on my face as well but proactive came in handy

The only thing I have really noticed is bad cramps - which was a problem I had prior to BCP.
I have not noticed any weight gain or loss.
ETA: For the most part, my cycle regulated right away to 26-27 days - which is a little shorter than while on BCP.

- I broke out when I first went off of it, but that cleared up after 2-3 months of being off.
- I gained weight
- I was extra moody the 1st 2-3 cycles.
That's it. My cycles (length) stayed the same!

When I went off I noticed:
- weight loss due to water retention
- my boobs got smaller 
- I started having cramps again when AF would make an appearance
- I felt ovulation cramps again 1x a month

Cramps got worse. Cycles got LONGER 
I had lost some weight right after getting off the pill. Some where between 3-5 lbs

Breakouts but not on my face..it was all over my shoulder and BACK. so strange.
other than that,.It wasnt that bad, i had a normal cycle right away.

I just went off the BCP last month- I was sooo nervous b/c I didn't know what to expect!
I had a little bit of spotting for a few days after false (BCP) period
My boobs shrank
That's it so far! It wasn't as bad as I thought. I'm just going crazy waiting to O!

just off two months now, no weight gain or weight loss...longer periods- last month (1st month off) was 35 days, lasted 3 days and was VERY light.
This month, I am patiently waiting.... any day now

none!!!!
unless you count CLEARER skin (i kid you not!), no cramping whatsoever, and the lightest periods i have ever had! i don't know why i ever went on BCP in the first place!
