I live in Oakdale. I'm not sure what you mean exactly though? The water in Oakdale is a little section they call Idle Hour. They have a marina there.
Is that what you meant?

Im looking for Boat Marina's , where I can keep a boat year round . ie . similar to a yacht club setting ,, TY

There is a marina at the Wharf, there is also one a bit further down also, by the Riverview.

There's Nicoll's Point which is right next to the Snapper Inn
Vanderbilt Wharf next to the Wharf Bar/Restaurant
Tabat Marine on River Rd. in Sayville
and GreenesCreek Marina in West Sayville by Kingstons Clam Bar....
