They want the full money by Monday...

You girls are very welcome! I am glad that the kids will get to be together and we can make it real festive they said. They told me I can set up 1/2 hr prior. and we can bring food in etc... But we can discuss that after we are all paid so I know exactly whats going on.
I REALLY want to do the grab bag and I really want goldenrod to be Santa 
Speaking of which does anyone have or know anyone with a santa suit for some reason?

The one person I know that might have one is quite a bit taller than me (I'm 5'6", about 200lbs), but I'll check. I won't mind if other people ask around as well.

I have a little suggestion on the Grab Bag. Maybe we can do Secret Santa since there will be all different ages there.
Also is it still for the date that was Fm'd?
Can we order pizza or bring in food?

I am all for EVERYTHING we discussed I just want to get the place paid for and then we can really get creative. and Yes, the grab bag idea...I was going to maybe pull out of a hat or something like that and FM you who you had to buy for so the toy would be age appropriate. And we are absolutely doing food. I want to see what we get moneywise and how much gymboree wants in the end...then see if I have funds left over or we can contribute or what not. But let me see how the $ works on paying for the place first. I also want to decorate if anyone has any ideas....balloons, decorations etc....
