OB/GYN recs
I need to have my yearly pap soon & I'd like to have a chat about this whole TTC thing too. I'm going to look for a new OB/GYN. I do like mine & I've been going to her since I was 15, but I think I need a change. I didn't like the way my m/c was handled & I think one of the doctors left the practice recently too. I plan to see a midwife when I finally get pregnant, but in the mean time, I'm looking for recommendations for a good OB/GYN. I live in Nassau county.
Thanks ladies!

I'm not sure that we're ready to see an RE yet. We've been trying for 5 months total & I did get pregnant once in that time.
I will check to see f Dr. Hershlag takes my insurance. Thanks for the reccomendation!

I am seeing a new one on June 2nd. If you want I will FM you after to let you know how I liked them. I don't want to recommend someone I have not seen, but the practice came highly recommended from my friend.

Re: OB/GYN recs
My friend saw an RE to prevent another miscarriage, she had an extremely easy time getting pregnant. The RE helped her keep the baby when she got pregnant on her own. sometimes they give u extra progesterone while u r TTC. its worth a shot if he takes ur insurance, just be prepared to be monitored like crazy (which is a good thing if u had a past m.c)
Good luck!!!

Re: OB/GYN recs
some woman do not produce enough progesterone (or sometimes it is given as a precaution) it is either given via pills, vag suppositories or shots (i think) not sure how advanced ob/gyns are in treating things out of the ordinary.
