Oceanside Moms.. anther question re: before school care

I know that they have the after school CARES program but I am going to need someone for teh mornings for my daughter for teh first year and eventually the both of them the following year. I would prefer to have a college kid or retiree come to my hosue bc I need to leave by 6 am, but I am open to dropping them off at someones house. Any idea where i would even begin to find someone? I dont need it until September but my dh thinks I will have a hard time finding someone. I am offering a falt monthly rate. Meaning if its the month of december and they have school 15 days I am paying them the full month. Plus there will be days here and there that i dont need them and dh can take them and they will still get paid. To me its not a bad deal for someone to earn a few extra bucks a month
