Off the wagon! (confession time)
I have fallen off the wagon.  I haven't been to the gym in a month!  I haven't been eating well.  And I have had time to do so..  March was a LAZY month for me. 
So that is my CONFESSION... April is 2 days away.. no time like the present to get my booty back in gear!!!

Kim i'm right there with you...I keep getting focused and do well and then cave. I'm a total stress eater...so hard to get out of that habit.

I made myself go! I really didn't want to.. plus I got a visit from good old aunt flo.. but I felt great when I left!

I have been the same way. I finally started going back to the gym and feel great after. Now I have to work on eating better. It is def. hard to get back into.
