Off to the doctor AGAIN....*UPDATED*
So DD just finished her 3rd consecutive antibotic for an ear infection that just won't go away!!! She's been running a low grade fever (99 - 101) since Sunday, is still cranky and covering her ears alot with her hands.
I know this can be teething too, but I have that Ear Check Monitor and it showed "consult doctor" on her right ear. So I feel I should go for a check up. They are also going to administer a hearing test
UPDATE:
The infection is gone but her ears are still full of fluid. She has a moderate hearing loss We are off to a specialist Thursday morning.

this happened to my son as well. i went thru FOUR different antibotics till the ear infection finally went away. lets hope 4th times the charm.

I know last winter they had a particularly resistant ear infection out there. We had Bella in three times once....

I am so sorry to hear this. I know this is the last thing you wanted or needed to hear. Wishing all good thoughts for Hannah's recovery - and soon!!

Im sorry
That happened to a friends DD and the doctor just did a little procedure where they drained her ears. Did they mention doing that?

Not yet. I only spoke to the audiologist today. I have an appt with the pediatric ENT on Thursday to figure out what's next.

my eldest daughter went through this for years..we were very close to putting tubes in and then she never had another one..I think she was about 3.

I want to tell you that Ryan had this same situation and we got tubes put in his ears and they have been 100% perfect since, no more antibiotics and his colds are JUST colds now.
