Office space

This may be a long shot, but I figured I'd try. I'm trying to begin a private practice as a therapist, and I'm having trouble finding office space to share/rent. I live in Bellport and currently work in Amityville, so ideally I would like something in between, like in the Islip area. I've seen a couple of places, but they weren't the warm and fuzzy setting (couches, waiting area, not so office-y looking) that I'm looking for. Also, I would only need it for evenings and maybe Saturdays. Any suggestions on where to look besides Craigslist? Thanks!

I am renovating a big chiropractor office in Patchogue. He is adding physical therapy and some other doctors. There may be some room for you. let me know.
