Big lots has it advertised for $10.
According to the SD thread- some Big Lots stores have signs up that the advertised toy is incorrect- they don't even carry it.
BUT--I was able to price match in Walmart (Commack Rd.) and bought 2 for $10 each 
The Big Lots ad expires on Satuday so you'd have to buy by then.
Others have had luck price matching at TRU as well.

I was just coming here to post this deal. I was able to price match it at Toys R Us. I am in NJ. I brought with me a print out of the news paper deal from Big Lots. I asked to speak with a manager away from other customers. I showed both the first page, saying it was for BL and that it was still valid for today. She replied that for the holiday season only that TRU is price matching BL. I got one from the shelf. Went to check out and gave the sales rep the printed out pages. I told her which manager I spoke with, and the manager entered a code to let me price match it.
