Re: ****Official July 2012 Mommy To Be Thread****
I am feeling great. We had a very emotional week last week. I went for my 20 week sono and found out, as I had told everyone we are having a We were so excited, but then the Dr gave us some not so great news. The baby had cysts on his brain (very common, almost always dissolve) and the baby only had 1 kidney. 2 markers plus being 37 sent them all in to a tizzy. I had to go the next day to the high risk Dr for another sono, they confirmed everything and suggested I have an amnio. The Dr's were all very concerned about a chromosomal issue. I couldn't spend the next 20 weeks wondering if my baby was going to be ok so I had it done on Thursday. The procedure itself wasn't bad at all. The next day they caled with preliminary results....no downs or trisonomy 18 or 13, thank God. And now we are expecting the rest of the results to come Friday. We are praying our little miracle baby is just fine. Many people live with out any roblems after being born with just one kidney so we can handle that. It is so hard to see this perfectly amazing baby moving all around and waving to us and imagining that he could have some kind of abnormality. All 3 sono's commented on how "active" he was

Re: ****Official July 2012 Mommy To Be Thread****
Hi July Mommies how are you guys doing? I went for my 28th week appt and baby is doing great kicking up a storm. I started having braxton hicks contractions and the dr. told me to expect more for the next 6 or more weeks since the baby should be coming earlier since this is my second pregnancy. Great News I passed my glucose test that is a relief I hate needles I wouldn't know what to do if I had failed. I hope all of you ladies are doing well just wanted to check in.

Starting to get uncomfortable! He is definitely moving around a lot more as well. I go for the glucose test on Monday and then again on the 27th for my 30 week sonogram. I can't believe how fast it seems to be going now! Shower invites went out on Friday and stuff is coming off the registry. Every time I think of the baby stuff actually coming into the house, I'm like oh crap, this is happening!

Hi ladies! Hope everyone is doing well. Can't believe how time is moving along. I can't wait to meet my little . He move so much and I am loving every kick, punch, turn that he does. I do find it hard to turn at night after being in one position for too long and the leg cramps are starting. Dh likes to go for walks and sometimes it gets uncomfortable and I start to waddle. I just don't know how this baby has any more room to grow in there. I feel stretched to the max already!

Re: ****Official July 2012 Mommy To Be Thread****
Hi Ladies!!!! So happy to see this thread pop up. I kept meaning to BUMP it but always forgot. All is good here, I'm 24 wks & 6 days w/ . This pregnancy has been amazing (**Knock Wood**) no issues or problems. My back is a little stiff and if I'm on my feet too much they hurt after a bit. Since I have an anterior placenta, I am just starting to feel the babes jab me and it is the best freaking feeling in the world!!! DH even felt a little bit of it the other night. I just started contacting photogs & will make a decision by the end of the week. We are struggling over nursery paint choices, I'll be posting a thread on that in a bit. I am also going to start my registry this weekend. Hope everyone is feeling good!!!!

Re: ****Official July 2012 Mommy To Be Thread****
I'm at the OB now, just drank the sugar drink and had a sono, waiting for the Dr to see me and then have my blood taken. This child is so active, I feel like he is using my bladder as a trampoline right now I will be 25 weeks on Friday, I will have a sono every visit to watch my fluid and make sure hiss kidney is functioning properly. The sono tech said he looks great, fluid looks great, the cysts dissolved everything I wanted to hear and he is already measuring 1lb 15oz Yikes!!!!

How is everyone doing?
I will be 30 weeks this friday and am doing good, I was happy to finally hit my 3rd trimester. Sore from my hip to my coochie and my back is killing me, especially my sciatica, lots of pressure to, but aside from that I feel great

I'm doing ok. Bedrest is helping A LOT. I was in so much pain the last few months I can't imagine what I would feel like now if I didn't start taking it easy, thank god for DH!
It's weird, I keep going back and forth thinking I have at least 7 weeks to go then I think omg it's almost the end of May already it's gonna go so fast.

Re: ****Official July 2012 Mommy To Be Thread****
I'm doing great. Having some hip/ back issues, depending on the day. I am also really tired and VERY moody. I am going to be 30 wks on Thurs and I am blow away by how quickly this pregnancy is going by. We are getting ready to put the finishing touches on the nursery (stenciling, lighting, shelves, rug, etc). I didnt realize how difficult it would be as . DH is nixing everything saying its too feminine.
My OB gave me the movement log to do but I am feeling very frustrated by it. I have an anterior placenta and DC's movements are so unpredictable that its hard to complete it. I finally finished registering and am now trying to put the finishing touches on my baby shower.

Hi everyone I am 33 weeks pregnant and I am so excited to meet this little one. However, I am so unprepared I haven't started doing anything with the nursery I have to make room for baby number 2 however baby number 1 has so much I don't know what to do. I had my baby shower on May 5 and I feel so blessed to have received so much from friends and family. I just pray I get it all together soon and at least pack my hospital bag.

I'm doing much better since I'm on modified bedrest. I'm almost 33 weeks but with my c/s I have 47 days I think. It will be scheduled with the hospital tomorrow! Still team !!! I'm so proud of myself for making it this far! I can't wait to see what we're having.
On another note, thank god for the nesting! We're moving this month so this has definitely come in handy with packing! I swear I'm the most organized now with everything labeled and in bins than I've been in my life!
