Hey ladies, is anyone else a teacher? I am wondering because I haven't been feeling terribly bad- not super exhausted or too much morning sickness. I know that most of you are and I am wondering if the reason I haven't has something to do with the fact that I am not working and getting lots of rest anyway. I am hoping that when I go back to work in a couple of weeks that I don't start to feel like crap since I've been so lucky thus far.
Hope everyone feels better soon! 
I am and I am just praying that this feeling like crap will go away by the time school starts (I'll be baout 10 weeks) I don't know how I would've gotten through this if I were teaching....I taught through my 1st trimester with DS and felt fine....this time, not so much!

just thought id bump post up and see how everyone is doing?
as far as for me i dont have time to be exhausted  ds keeps me up
im having a bit more nausea this time around than with ds. i am definitely starting to show (10 weeks). i already took out my maternity pants  and am a much happier woman
i finally went for my blood work - 3 weeks later but i got there today!!
hope everyone is feeling good!

Doing well. The doctor put me on pelvic rest because of bleeding but the LO is doing great! Have my NT scan on Monday and my 1st glucose test tomorrow (My dad has diabetes so they are having me do one now and one later at 28 weeks). I'm praying everything goes well with all of the testing.
Has anyone had their NT scan already? What's it like?
Hope everyone is feeling well. Can you believe we are almost done with the first trimester?!?! The time has gone so fast!

I wish I could say I was also feeling great. I'm feeling pretty miserable over here with my extreme morning sickness. My obgyn prescribed me reglan and it does seem to be helping. I'm not throwing up AS much but I still feel nauseous all day long!
The NT scan is awesome. Your baby will resemble a human being. I have mine in 2 weeks.

i'm feeling much better. the all day m/s has gone away. i had my 12 week appt on monday and the baby looks like a baby!
we're still waiting for the b/w results.

I am due March 8, 2011. I had my first sono on Monday and I got to see the baby and heard the heartbeat. We are waiting for the NT scan result. My horrible morning sickness is going away somewhat.

Im due in March as well. My official due date is March 22....but it's twins so I won't go past 38 week which is march 8th.

I had my NT scan last week and it was great! got to see my LO for about 40 minutes (though mostly from the side and back since stubborn wouldn't turn around!) Haven't gotten the blood results back yet!
They did change my due date to end of February but not sure I want to leave the March Mommies thread!
also think it would be fun to have a GTG at some point.
and FINALLY starting to feel a little more energy, less nausea. . still exhausted but not ALL day. .just towards the evening part!

I am getting awful headaches so trying to drink a ton of water and gatorade.
I had my NT done 2 weeks ago and the baby was quite stubborn, it took a long time to get the measurement. My doctor's office really ticked me off that day, plus they won't even entertain the thought of a VBAC, so I decided to switch. I found another doctor last week and am so happy with my decision to switch.
Due date is still March 4th!

NT is tomorrow! Can't waiti to see the little peanut. Hopefully they'll be able to give me a heads up on how things look until the final results come in. Morning sickness is getting better. Love those GNC ginger candies!

Feeling slowly better bit by bit. I have been soooooo nauseous, but not really throwing up (until tonight  ). I have also been exhausted...I even fell asleep at work last week  I was talking with a coworker and then just  . Lucky it was a slow time and I was totally out of view of customers, and since they know at work, they just let me sleep. Best 15 minutes of my day  . I have my 12 week appt in one week 2 days (but who's counting  ). I can't wait to see Nugget again!!!!!!!!
Oh and we got Nugget's first teddy bear yesterday! We went to the Mets game (DH is a HUGE fan) and it was build a bear day, so we all got free teddy bears! DH was like ok, this one is for Nugget, and this one is for me (him ). We also got a Mets onesie!

May I ask how you already know in advance that you will be induced early?
My last obgyn didn't induce unless you were really late. My current obgyn said she could induce me so we can plan accordingly. I wonder if that means she is willing to induce me that early as well.

Not sure where I belong really (March or April thread)... I just went for my 1st prenatal visit and am measuring 9 wks 5 days, so the Dr. gave me a dd of March 31 for now, but said according to the wheel thing it should be April 1-3

The wheel gave me March 1st...my sono gave me March 21st! The wheel is just a rough estimate based on your last AF. At the sono they can get down pretty much to the day, so it is a more accurate predictor. If you O'd earlier or later (or in my case much later ) then it will reflect in the date given at the sono.
