Congrats to everyone! I do have a question for the soon-to-be mommies who are over 35. Is anyone going to do that blood test which detects genetic concerns (i forgot the name of the test)?? I heard you can find out the sex of the baby from that test as well...
are you talking about the counsyl test? I just posted about this last week. I'm not sure if we're talking about the same thing?

OMG ....what we are gonna do? logistically, that was one of my afterthoughts when i did a HPT.....
I know! I'm refusing to allow myself to think about it for too long. Right now I'm reminding myself that my oldest will be starting kindergarten in September so I will only have 2 home most of the time. I'm hoping to go a little early again this time so I'm around for the first day of school for both of my kids

How is everyone doing?
I'm just very bloated but no morning sickness, thank goodness. I will be 12 weeks tomorrow and plan to announce to everyone by the end of this week.
I have my NT scan next Tuesday

I feel the same way. Today is 11 weeks for me. I'm excited, but nervous too. I was staining for a few days.
I went to doc and heard the heartbeat. He said everything is fine. Just want to finish my first trimester and announce it to the world! :)

Hope everyone is doing well.
I'm just feeling tired and bloated. I will be 12 weeks on Thursday and I have an appointment to check the sub chronic hematoma. Praying all is good and I get clearance to start working out again. The past three weeks have been torture.
I have my NT scan next week and they will announce to everyone. Keeping this secret is so hard.

12 w on friday....got my ultrascreen and Verifi test on friday...very nervous...do you have to remind me that i'm 35 and need extra testing! hoping things go well, so i can tell people..tired of wearing the same loose clothing!

How is everyone?
12 weeks today. Had my follow up to check the hematoma. It is very small and the doctor was not concerned. I got clearance to start exercising again.
I have my ultra screen next Wednesday. Then we can finally tell everyone. It's so frustrating keeping this secret. Especially from my five year old daughter. She asks me everyday when she is going to be a big sister. But she is horrible at keeping secrets so we have to wait.

I'm so excited because yesterday was my "coming out" party. Took my NT scan and MaterniT21 test and everything looks great. What a nice feeling to not hide this anymore. I work in a school and was a little concerned telling my principal I was due in sept (that's a really busy time for guidance counselors). He was very supportive!
How is everyone else doing on their "coming out" journey?!?

Had my NT scan Wednesday as well as the marteniT21 test. Scan looked perfect. 7-10 days for blood work.
We told my DD Wednesday as she is so excited. It is very cute. She has already started talking to my belly. Such a relief to be able to tell everyone now. I started telling friends and We are telling family tonight and tomorrow.
Hope everyone is feeling well!

Sick as anything!!!! 
I have two boys already(3 and 2) I was sick til the day I gave birth to them so I'm guessing is is the same
Finding out the sex in April!!!! Hopefully another boy!!!! Myboysblow are hoping for a brother. Although a girl would be interesting lol.

Literacy coach/teacher here too. Ah well at least the beginning of the year will be easy enough lol

I haven't slept in a week due to the congestion. I have zero appetite and have barely eaten anything for a week. I'm struggling to even drink water.
Hopefully I will feel better tomorrow after day two of the z pak.
My next OB appointment is Monday. Just routine blood work. Can't wait to hear the heartbeat again. I am 15 weeks 5 days today.
How is everyone else doing?

I feel you ! I went to ER on Saturday bc of such dehydration. Finally can keep crackers down, and vomitting after water stopped, but now it's coming our the other way.
I'm 14 weeks tomorrow and have OB appt.

Had my 16 week appt today and everything looks good! Baby A was kicking baby B in the head again. It was crazy because you could see the spine perfectly clear and all the limbs, even the feet, hands and fingers! We saw the ribs and pelvis bones on baby b. Dr said NT scan and blood work came back with all low risks. Set up my anatomy scan for april 16th and also found out I will not be a September mommy although I'm totally staying with you girls on this board. With twins the dr doesn't want to see me go past 38 weeks.
Cannot wait to hear from you girls :)

I've had nausea and MS since we found out we were PG with our 3rd!
knock on wood, no more butt sciatica.. 
at 14 weeks i had a cerclage done, as in my previous 2 sons, bc i had a miscarraige at 5 months the very very 1st time i was PG and they didnt know how it happened...
we found our what we were having since we had the Verifi test done (which they said was normal) and decided not to do amnio (hopefully that's enough...  ) and we are having a  . the doc said XX and i called back like 3 times to make sure they said girl
so my next check up will now be every 2 weeks...I'm huge and tired, this kid i think i moving around now...

if you want to hear the heartbeat, just rent a doppler thru babybeats.org !!! i did...makes me very paranoid
