OFFICIAL SEPTEMBER MOMMAS HEARD!!!!
Is anyone starting to feel like they are starting to show? I feel like I am, I am 13 weeks almost 14 weeks and I feel like I am getting a gut already. I really hope not I need to hide my bump til the end of June.. God I wish i did not have to hide it. Is anyone else planning on hiding their bump or will be showing it off? I am proud of my bump outside of my school the only reason why i am hiding it, is because I have only been at this for a year and I am hoping they ask me back for next year. I am only going to be gone for 6 weeks nothing more then that. I work at King Kullen as well and that is when I will take more time off because I have a ton of vacation time left.
What does everyone on here do? What do your husband's do? My husband is a store manager for Spencers in Hicksville

At my early anatomy (16w) scan now. From what the sono tech said, baby looks good and is measuring about 5oz. Waiting for my dr to come in.

I got two nerve wracking phone calls two days in a row.
Yesterday it was about my Thyroid and having to go see an endocrinologist.
Today it was about genetic testing being abnormal. I have an appointment with a genetic counselor next Thursday - it's going to be a looooong week.

All is well with my Gummy Bear! Legs were crossed so no gender today. I go back on 4/17 for the full anatomy scan. Got some great pictures!

OFFICIAL SEPTEMBER MOMMAS HEARD!!!!
I started cleaning and condensing my apartment to make room for the baby and baby things that will coming . I cleaned for five hours and no I am not done. At least I feel like something got accomplished. My mom helped so that was good. DH actually started to do stuff I hope he continues today. (probably not). He even made dinner. Question has anyone started doing this ? Hoping to do more cleaning soon with in the next couple of day.

Not at all. Not even close. My sister has been living in what will be the baby's room for the past 10 months. She's not moving out til at least sometime in June. Then we need to redo the whole thing- rip up carpet, put down floor, paint, clean out the closet, move furniture. We'll probably do this starting in July.
We didn't start working on DD's room til about 8 weeks before she was born. It all gets done when it needs to. I'm in no rush.

Today genetics called maternit21 came back negative and we having a DD so well have one of each ...
We aren't doing anything for a long time either ... Rooms staying color we painted it in December when we moved in.... DD will be getting DS convertible crib and dresser so we keep an eye out for new furniture for him but that's about it... I periodically clean out everything toys clothes etc so that's not a pregnancy or nesting thing it's a clutter-freak thing lol

Mine took exactly a week from the draw (drew Wednesday got following Wednesday)

Well 17 weeks as of yesterday! NT scan came back all good! Will be going back 4/20 for ultrasound to get gender results! We are going to do a gender reveal in Sayville at a restuarant with our families in May. SO MUCH TIME TO WAIT!! DD is begging to find out before...I told him I don't care if he wants to ruin the surprise. His loss.
We are in a tiny 1 bedroom apt that has a lease up come October 1st. I'm panicking! It's too early to look for a new place, I know, but I hate having things up in the air like this!!!! We talked about buying a house but that would be an impulse buy and now is a bad time to be throwing money around like that! I always take the upper hand in decisions so this time I'm backing down and letting DD be the man of the house. Take control!!
I have no paid maternity leave...also making me nervous. Will have 3 weeks PTO to use towards 12 weeks unpaid leave. Then the measly $170 for disability for 4-6 weeks. Ugh I'm gonna work til the day I pop!!! I want as much time with baby as possible. Thankfully family is being incredibly supportive so we hAve the savings to take the 14 weeks leave. I'm also working on my freelance clients to try and cushion the savings. Then will use my negotiating at work to see if there's any work from home opportunities!
Anyone else got like a MILLION TBINGS ON THEIR MIND????

I'll be 16 weeks tomorrow. So crazy how time is flying! I'm starting to get more energy back so I'm not just laying on the couch all the time lol. The NT was all normal and we got on the 21st to find out the sex. I can't wait!

Anatomy scan scheduled for Friday. I had a pretty awful week that involved a trip to L&D for IV fluids b/c I had a horrible stomach virus that caused dehydration. They checked the baby and all was fine but legs were crossed so I couldn't even find out the sex lol.
On the plus side, baby has been moving more frequently!
I'm somewhere around 19w-19w4d.

They changed my DD back to my original 9/17. I liked the later one though I'm sure I'll change my mind closer to the time.
Backtracking to when I got the abnormal test results for Trisomy 13 and 18. I went to see a genetic counselor and as we were going over everything, she noticed they didn't put my weight on the card. She said that they normally use 130lbs when it's left blank - I am NO where near that weight. For once in my life me being overweight worked to my advantage. My chances went from 1/54 to 1/3000something. It's a big relief but I'm still slightly nervous.
The Genetic Counselor wants me to go for an amnio, my OB said I can do Maternit21. I'm thinking I'll go the non-evasive route and see where that goes.
